Dave W: Team Member Tuesday

This week, we celebrate Dave Wright, our Service Controller in the Aftersales department! 🚛🔧

Dave has been with us for 2 years, and we’re thrilled to share that he recently passed his HGV test—congratulations, Dave! 🎉👏

As Service Controller, Dave’s day-to-day includes coordinating our service engineers, and sending them to customer sites and roadside locations to keep our vehicles in top shape. He also handles ordering spare parts for our refuse collection vehicles (RCVs)

Dave says, “Each day is different and I enjoy dealing with all our customers to assist them in whatever their needs are and come up with a suitable solution. I always like to challenge myself and taking the HGV training and test certainly provided that challenge, I am grateful for the opportunity provided by NTM to be able to do this”

Dave adds “I feel very appreciative that I am surrounded by colleagues who are so encouraging and easy to get along with.”
