NTM has acquired a majority stake in the JPGS Group, effective 1 September 2026. The previous owners will remain active minority shareholders and continue to contribute to the development of the companies. The acquisition marks a strategic step in NTM’s long-term commitment to strengthening its Trailer Business, which includes trailers, semi-trailers and bodies for heavy vehicles. The transaction will enhance NTM’s presence in the Swedish market and enable the Group to offer a broader and more competitive portfolio of products and services to customers in Sweden and across the Nordic region.

A historic day for us! The first NTM unit, manufactured and fully assembled in Småland, is now rolling out from our factory in Kalmar.

Vi planerar att anställa 30-40 nya medarbetare under en tvåårsperiod och på sikt tillverka mellan 150–200 enheter per år, med all montering i Kalmar. Vi kommer även samarbeta med lokala underleverantörer för att stödja och utveckla regionens expertis.
